Laura Lofthouse (nee Liversidge) joined Alium Partners in 2008. Laura works closely with Chloe Watts in the HR practice with a focus on the successful management and delivery of assignments. As a generalist consultant Laura also works closely with Nigel Peters, to deliver streamlined, efficient and effective solutions to interim projects placing senior executives in roles across a wide range of management disciplines and sectors.
Laura brings ten years of Executive Search experience, and has worked for a number of leading executive search firms including Odgers Ray & Berndtson, Boyden and Korn/Ferry International on a diverse range of projects across a wealth of countries, sectors and areas of functional expertise. She has particular functional strength in senior level HR appointments from her time with Courtenay HR.
Laura graduated from the University of Exeter in 1998 and holds a degree in English.
