Mike Hollin joined Alium in 2007 bringing a wealth of experience from both the private and public sectors, as well as from running his own consulting and coaching company and being a Non Executive Chairman of a strategy group in Barclays.
As Chief Executive, Mike is responsible for the development of the Alium team, delivery of board and senior executive roles covering transition, change and turnaround.
Mike’s past experience includes the recruitment of CEOs, senior executives, Board chairs and NEDs into the Public Sector and he has himself fulfilled a number of Board and senior roles in the key areas of strategy, business transformation, change, programme management and HR.
He is a qualified executive coach and holds an MBE for valuable services to the military.
