Experience
Mike Hollin joined Alium in 2007 bringing a wealth of experience from both the private and public sectors, as well as from running his own consulting and coaching company and being a Non Executive Chairman of a strategy group in Barclays. Mike’s past experience includes the recruitment of CEOs, senior executives, Board chairs and NEDs into the public and private sector and he has himself fulfilled a number of board and senior roles in the key areas of strategy, business transformation, change, programme management and HR.
Responsibilities
As Chief Executive Officer, Mike is responsible for the overall development of the Alium team and business objectives, as well as the delivery of board and senior executive roles covering transition, change and turnaround across a number of sectors.
