What is Interim Management?
A brief history of interim management
In just a few decades, interim management has evolved to become a strategic solution to executive resourcing. Interim management is widely used throughout Europe and in the UK is now estimated to be worth over £1b a year.
Why interim managers are used
Interim managers are hired to cover skills gaps, implement major change programmes or to embed business improvements. They have worked at a senior management level covering all disciplines and are engaged by clients on short term contracts of between 3 months to over a year.
