Experience
Amanda joins Alium Partners with an extensive track record as a Senior HR professional and experience on “both sides of the table”. A true HR generalist, Amanda has a comprehensive background in a range of different organisations including acquisitions, re-structuring, delivering rapid growth and working with specialist HR teams (Reward, Recruitment, and HRIS). In her most recent HR role as a Senior HR Business Partner, Amanda lead a project to procure and implement a global integrated HR and Payroll system, working closely with a captive off shore shared service centre in India.
In terms of recruitment experience, Amanda has worked with the interim provider BIE and HR specialist Digby Morgan. Amanda also has first hand experience of the benefits of using interims from her time as a HR Director, when she brought a number of senior interims into a leading lifestyle brand. Amanda’s early career was in retail management, graduate recruitment and management development.
Responsibilities
As Head of HR Practice, Amanda’s focus is on providing high level interims to support organisations across the full range of HR specialisms, who can effect change and provide specialist knowledge. Using her extensive experience as an HR practitioner, Amanda builds strong relationships with clients and interims, helping to define the skills, knowledge and experience required and developing an in-depth understanding of our interims areas of expertise.
