Interim CVs Successful Strategies

Not surprisingly interims use “professional” as their top adjective or keyword; this includes both interims who are just starting out, and those with over ten years experience in the field. However there are key differences between these groups with their choice of other CV adjectives; experienced interims use “motivated” more frequently, while the interims newer to the market prefer “determined”. What do you use?
Incidentally, I was pleased to discover that 52% of interims tailor their CV for each role they apply for, something we at Alium Partners advocate regardless of how similar roles are.
