Interim Human Resource Director

An interim HR Director from Alium built the HR infrastructure to manage the complexities of a seconded NHS workforce alongside directly hired employees in two existing Independent Treatment Centres while working towards a 2008 opening programme for a third.

The interim designed and resourced a new Human Resource function, developed a performance management system, harmonised contracts, enhanced clarity of roles and reporting lines across all organisations.
