An established private equity firm had recently acquired a family-run business, and as part of integrating the business into the bigger organisation, needed to introduce more financial rigour.

They asked Alium to find an interim Finance Director to join a strong management team providing operational financial support. Our interim management professional successfully established financial reporting structures for the business, conducted an audit of the team, implemented process controls and provided strategic advice to the senior management board.
