After being acquired by private equity parent, this pharmaceutical multinational decided to revamp its total reward strategy.

Alium was tasked to find an interim management reward specialist to work alongside the newly appointed VP of HR. We selected an interim executive with proven experience of sales-based incentive schemes in a global context, who then both designed and implemented a suitable reward structure forming a foundation for sustainable future growth.
