Alium provided an
interim Programme Director to lead the NPfIT initiative in a major
Foundation Trust.
The interim management executive successfully took responsibility for implementation of national IT initiatives at the forefront of preparations for installation of their Care Record Service. With direct accountability to the
CEO and regular representation of the Trust in local community, SHA and Southern Programme negotiations the programme was delivered to time and budget.
