As part of restructuring its operations, this healthcare business had decided to relocate its finance function.

Alium selected an interim Group Financial Controller to assist during the restructuring, whose strong project management skills ensured he was able to take a hands-on role in the relocation. The brief involved a huge amount of attention to detail, as well as sensitivity during such a period of transition, but the relocation was successful and the new team quickly took control of the finance function.
