Because this major bank had not reviewed its resourcing process for some time. Alium was approach by the new HR director to find an interim Head of Resourcing with a specific brief to examine the recruitment policies.

The interim management professional made an immediate impact, building up the morale of the large resourcing team, and then conducted a fundamental review of all processes, before gaining approval for a radical transformation (which she then programme-managed for the bank).
