A well-known retail financial services business was going through a period of considerable growth, but its consumer operation was struggling to keep up.

It decided to appoint an interim Finance Director and asked Alium to help. We found an interim executive with proven experience of such situations: he led the turnaround of the consumer business and provided the excellent communication and leadership skills needed to guide the organisation through the challenging transition period.
