The CEO of a multinational industrial products company instigated a management audit following a major re-structuring by McKinsey.
A new organisation was created based on global lines of business, driven by increasing international competition and the need to improve performance, and increase the focus on customers and markets. They required business leaders with particular qualities and competencies in the vitally important management tiers reporting to the Board Directors and their direct reports. We used structured interviews and 360 degree evaluations and conducted 200 assessments globally within 6 weeks and eventually assessed over 450 senior managers world-wide.
