Selection of a CEO for the UK subsidiary of a US business.
In cooperation with a search consultancy, we profiled two preferred candidates from a shortlist, and examined their work-related characteristics, competencies and cultural fit. We then carried out a comparative analysis of the two, and discussed their relative merits to facilitate a final selection decision. Once the decision was communicated, we provided one-to-one feedback to each candidate, discussing strengths with the chosen candidate, and how he could meet the development needs we had identified.
