Development reviews of senior executives for succession planning.
For the UK HQ of an international mining and mineral company, we assessed the ability to handle complex information (through a test known as ‘cognitive processing capability’) and the potential of 12 senior executives over a two-year period. We spent time discussing the outcome and implications of the test results in-depth with the client in order to support future progression, and we also fed back the test outcome to each participant.
