We assessed three short-listed candidates using tests and work-based structured interviews against an agreed competency framework.
The candidates completed high level verbal and abstract reasoning tests and an online broad-based personality measure. We had an open discussion with our client to share and explore both our conclusions and the client’s own views on each candidate. We were able to use our insights to help the client select the most suitable candidate.
