A multi-site provider of industrial services was evaluating whether or not to move from a decentralised HR model to having a central group function.
Alium was asked to provide an interim management executive who could advise the Chief Executive how best to proceed. We sourced a former Group HR Director, with experience of both centralising and de-centralising HR functions, to deliver the most appropriate model for the business.
