A Central Government Department wished to initiate a transformation programme for its commercial and procurement operations.

The Public Sector practice was approached to find an experienced interim Procurement Director who could design and lead the required change programme at very short notice. With the client’s support, a highly experienced interim management executive was identified and in place within 4 days of receiving the request. The interim made a tremendous impact and enabled the required transformation to take place in a shorter space of time than originally envisaged.
