A Central Government Department wished to initiate a
transformation programme for its commercial and procurement operations.
The

interim Procurement Director who could design and lead the required change programme at very short notice. With the client’s support, a highly experienced interim management executive was identified and in place within 4 days of receiving the request. The interim made a tremendous impact and enabled the required transformation to take place in a shorter space of time than originally envisaged.
