My assignment was set up and managed throughout in a highly professional manner. My introduction to the Trust was well prepared. My account director made sure that a clear brief was drawn up and reviewed with the client in the early weeks, and progress monitored at appropriate points later on. A contract was agreed and issued very promptly, and subsequent payments were made in the timeliest way I have yet experienced.
