Alium is the UK’s leading independent provider of high level interim executives.

Alium serves the private and public sectors with high level interim executives, from its office in the heart of the City of London. We have a dedicated team of Consultants, the majority of whom have worked for the company under its former name Boyden Interim Management before the firm changed its name to Alium in 2008.

Alium is a member of the Interim Management Association and is wholly owned by Alium Limited.

We have established strong relationships with clients in a wide range of sectors, and our team includes sector specialists in public sector, healthcare and manufacturing, whilst others lead our dedicated practices such as finance, HR, business transformation and General Management. This breadth of experience has enabled us to thrive and develop a talent pool of some 5,000 interim executives, who trust us to find them assignments that will challenge and stimulate them.
