Position: Executive Assistant, Latin America
Francisca has nearly 20 years of business experience both in multinational and national companies. Her career history has included recruiting, accountancy, marketing, and design, and much more. For seven years she worked for the ABN AMRO Bank (part of RBS) in the M&A team, ensuring smooth an effective operations function. Prior to this, she worked for five years in HR as a Staff Recruiter and Training Analyst in Correo Argentino (the national postal service provider in Argentina) and in a subsidiary of insurer Eagle Star. Uniquely Francisca has also worked as an interim in companies including Nobleza Piccardo, CTO, and Vail Resorts.
Francisca joined Alium Partners Latin America as Executive Assistant in May 2012. Working closely with the LatAm Managing Partners and liaising with the UK team, Francisca co-ordinates all candidate and client meetings across the region, acts as a first contact point for customers and controls all business administration and CRM responsibilities.
