Description: Our client, a provider of outsourced back office services seeks to conduct an audit of their trading activities versus SLAs to identify opportunities for income improvement. If a strong business case can be made the interim will required to program manage the implementation of their recommendations.
Requirements: With considerable experienced in the outsourcing of business services you understand how income streams are generated, contracts and SLAs managed, and know how to ensure business systems are in place to track, invoice and obtain timely payments for services provided. Able both to assess and evaluate complex business process your are also a capable project manager with a track record of successfully implementing business improvement systems and processes.
