Description: To undertake a key role in the non financial due diligence of a target acquisition in the Far East on behalf of a private equity investor. Target is a manufacturer of regulated and OTC pharmaceuticals and the main focus of the role will be a review of the target’s manufacturing facilities, the identification of any areas for improvement and recommendations for change. The role is expected to be completed over a six week period.
Requirements: Candidates will have considerable experience of multi-site manufacturing within the regulated and OTC segments of the pharmaceutical sector. They are likely to have held appointments as operations or manufacturing directors in the sector and have worked internationally. Ideally they should have some experience of the due diligence process in either a corporate or investment environment.
