Our Candidate Selection Criteria
Our clients rely on Alium to provide them with highly-skilled, experienced interim managers and leaders to take on vital responsibilities. To ensure we do that, Alium applies strict selection criteria which potential interims must fulfil to join our talent pool.
To meet our selection criteria, you must:
- Be committed to working as a professional interim manager and be prepared to take on new contracts and move from organisation to organisation on a regular basis
- Have previously held a Board or Operating Board level role for at least 5-10 years
- Have worked at Executive Committee level, have held a functional specialist role or have worked in a senior management generalist role
- Have either a multi-sector background or have a particular sector focus in one of our key industry areas
- Have carried out a minimum of one interim management assignment already.
