Lucrecia Fratini

Experience
With over 20 years experience in the Latin America financial sector (private and public), Lucrecia has spent the last ten years in senior management positions. She gained experience in building teams and businesses, client and product management, turnaround process and transition management and has operated at shareholder and board level. Though she mastered her leadership expertise in the financial sector, she has extensive knowledge in a well diversified group of industries in Latin America including consumer, commodities, chemical, agribusiness, food & beverages, durable goods, pharma and oil & gas. Before joining Alium, Lucrecia was CEO and Director of Banco Surinvest, Montevideo, Uruguay. Prior to that she worked for ABN AMRO Bank and Citibank Argentina.

Responsibilities
With support from the UK team, Lucrecia, along with her colleague Fabiana, is responsible for the development and delivery of the Latin American business, attracting new clients and candidates and pursuing new business opportunities across the region.
