Anthony Saxton joins as chairman

Anthony Saxton, co-founder of headhunters Saxton Bampfylde Hever, is the new chairman of Alium Partners. Anthony was a founder Chairman of the Amrop Hever Group, one of the world’s largest executive search groups.

“The nature of senior management is going to carry on changing,” he says, “and the idea of interim employment is going to become more and more normal and accepted by both managers and employers.”

We will be drawing on Anthony’s international experience and expertise in establishing overseas networks as we expand in the UK, mainland Europe and Asia.

As well as placing many high-profile private sector executives during his executive search career, Saxton carried out groundbreaking work on key appointments for the Government, higher education, science and medicine.
