HR Practice’s last HR dinner in November was a great success with Kathryn Riley of Thames Water and Leslie Rowlands of Gallup, leading a fascinating discussion about employee engagement with a small group of HR Director’s from FTSE 100 and 250 organisations.
Overall
HR Directors were in agreement that despite a tough year of restructuring and change, some at least were beginning to look ahead and that employee engagement was a key part of their HR strategies for 2010.
