The assignment objectives were straightforward and simple:
- Double sales by the summer of 2013
- Create a business development plan for the next nine months
- Build and replace the team as necessary
- Recruit and train new sales team members
Alium provided an experienced sales leader with a track record in the B2B building and construction industry. The candidate had excellent knowledge of how to turn round an under-performing sales team and a good understanding of how marketing can work hand-in-hand with sales. The interim also possessed an adaptable, personal style that worked well with all strata of customers, suppliers and co-workers.
