Chloe Watts joined Alium, bringing over 10 years of resourcing management experience. She is responsible for developing, managing and delivering key client accounts with a focus on HR, senior General Management and Project & Programme roles.
Chloe’s broad resourcing experience includes FTSE-100 interim management, HR resourcing, executive search and graduate recruitment. She has played a key role in the development of an active HR Forum which offers seminars and event programmes to HR Directors and senior HR Interims. Alongside her HR Practice responsibilities, she has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients placing senior executive roles across a breadth of management disciplines.
Having grown up in Hong Kong Chloe subsequently completed an MA(Hons)degree in Business & Spanish from Edinburgh University.
