Mike Hollin joined Alium* in 2007, bringing a wealth of experience from his work in the public sector, as well as from running his own consulting and coaching company. He is responsible for the development, management and delivery of all placements into the public sector, and also manages those accounts closely aligned with delivery into the public sector.
Mike’s past experience includes the recruitment of CEOs, senior executives, board chairs and NEDs into the public sector and he has himself fulfilled a number of board and senior roles in the key areas of strategy, business transformation, change, programme management and HR. He is passionate about ensuring that the public sector has the right people in place with the right abilities to deliver stretch targets and service levels.
He is a qualified executive coach and holds an MBE for valuable services to the military.
