Anthony Saxton has been Chairman of Alium since its inception, and brings to bear for the firm and its clients a long career in Board and senior management appointments in most disciplines and industries, as well as in Central Government, Higher Education and Medicine. Founder Chairman of Saxton Bampfylde Hever, he was also founder co-chair of the global Amrop Hever Group; he has wide experience of international network-building and the international recruitment needs of large organisations.
He has a strong interest in ethical business behaviour and is a past Chair of the European Association of Executive Search Consultants.
