Trudy joined Alium in Summer 2008 specifically focusing on senior level IT roles. Having responsibility for developing, managing and delivering client account solutions, Trudy specialises in identifying and attracting skilled professionals that can optimise business performance through the use of technology. Trudy has successfully provided businesses with executives to assist with a wide range of issues and functions across the following disciplines: project & programme delivery, offshoring and outsourcing, target operating models, integration, business partnering, relationship management and operational roles.
Trudy has over eight years IT recruitment experience and collaborates with interim executives from Project & Programme Management to CIO level, whilst continually seeking to grow the Alium IT community ensuring Alium continue to work with all the leading experts in the industry.
Trudy joined Alium from Veredus Executive Resourcing where she worked on a wide range of senior management roles across a variety of different sectors that include Media, Retail Financial Services, Technology and Transport. She graduated from the University of Wales, Swansea in 1998 with a BSc (Hons) Geography.
