Laura Lofthouse (nee Liversidge) joined Alium Partners in the autumn of 2008 to lead the interim resourcing area of the business, and to build a dedicated research function for senior level permanent appointments. In her role Laura is responsible for candidate management and managing the resource and research team to ensure we have the most streamlined, efficient and effective delivery on projects.
Laura brings ten years of Executive Search experience and has worked for a number of leading executive search firms including Odgers Ray & Berndtson, Boyden and Korn/Ferry International on a diverse range of projects across a wealth of countries, sectors and areas of functional expertise. She has particular knowledge of the consumer, retail and services industries, in addition to a functional strength in senior level HR appointments . Laura has successfully delivered on a wide range of UK and international assignments for FTSE and Fortune listed multinationals, Venture Capital backed businesses and privately owned international organisations.
Laura graduated from the University of Exeter in 1998 and holds a degree in English.
