Lisa joined Alium Partners in 2008 having had ten years experience in top-level executive search. Prior to joining Alium, she worked for Boyden and Heidrick & Struggles, working across the Consumer, Health and HR Practices. Lisa recruits across most functions and has placed senior executives for international clients such as McDonald’s, Alliance Boots, DSGi and Nokia.
Her early career was in FMCG marketing at Kimberly Clark in South Africa and McCann Erickson in the world of advertising, as an account executive specialising in premier brands such as Coca-Cola. Her next role was to work for a leading print broker in forms management, enabling blue chip clients to improve their corporate identity. In addition to her sector knowledge Lisa has particular experience of HR and has placed many international HR leaders into both generalist and specialist roles.
