With more than a decade of experience in recruitment, Nick Robeson is recognised as one of the leading figures in the Interim Management Industry. Nick joined Boyden in 2000 to restart their UK Interim Management activity and led a management buy-out of Boyden Interim Management in 2003. The company has now been rebranded as Alium* and as the Chief Executive, Nick’s focus is primarily board and senior executive roles covering transition, change and turnaround.
Nick was Chairman of the Interim Management Association from 2004-08, during which time he earned a reputation for his commitment to developing and maintaining ethical and commercial standards in the sector. He remains actively involved with the Interim Management Association.
