Nick Robeson is recognised as one of the leading figures in the Interim Management Industry with more than a decade of experience in this sector. He was headhunted in 2000 to launch an interim business on behalf of a major international Search firm and in 2003 he led a management buy-out of the business which has now been successfully rebranded as Alium Partners. As Chief Executive, Nick is responsible for the development of his team, delivery of board and senior executive roles covering transition, change and turnaround and the development of the business internationally.
Nick was Chairman of the Interim Management Association (IMA) from 2004-08 during which time the association’s profile was raised, the IMA-Institute was launched along with the IMA One-Day Workshop. He remains an active member of the IMA board.
