Anton Fishman has extensive experience in assessment and consultancy. Originally an educational psychologist, he joined the Hay Group in 1986 after his MBA, where he led their Management Competency and Performance Management Practices. In 1991 he established and ran Regenesis, a change management firm, and in 2001 launched its assessment and coaching offshoot Corporate Insights Limited. He joined Alium* in 2006 after conducting a major research project on Interim Management. Experienced in working with large UK and international businesses on their talent and resourcing strategies, Anton leads the Health practice within Alium as well as focusing on senior board-level roles.
