Kate Mansfield focuses on senior interim HR and finance roles. She joined Alium* in 2006 having spent six years with Courtenay HR, where she managed their interim management practice focusing exclusively on placing senior level professional HR interims into project-related assignments.
As well as playing a key role in the establishment of Alium’s HR practice, Kate also specialises in working on senior-level finance roles and continues to develop Alium’s Finance Practice. Kate is focused on developing key client accounts, and is used to working closely with businesses to manage client relationships.
After graduating from the University of Wales, Swansea, Kate initially worked for Cable & Wireless as part of a resourcing team and has recently completed her MSc in Organisational Behaviour with University of London, Birkbeck.
