Kate Mansfield takes a lead role in managing the HR Practice at Alium Partners. She joined Alium in 2006, having spent six years with Courtenay HR, where she managed their interim management practice focusing exclusively on placing senior level professional HR interims into project-related assignments.
As well as playing a key role in the establishment of Alium’s HR practice, Kate has broadened her scope to include senior-level finance roles, working closely with and supporting John Bloor who leads this area.
Kate is focused on developing key client accounts, and is used to working closely with businesses to manage client relationships.
After graduating from the University of Wales, Swansea, Kate initially worked for Cable & Wireless as part of a resourcing team and has recently completed her MSc in Organisational Behaviour with University of London, Birkbeck.
