Lisa Hobbs has worked for Alium for over 7 years and has an extensive track record of providing blue chip and rapidly growing businesses with experienced, senior level interim executives across all senior functions and sectors. In addition to a client facing role, as a Director of Alium Partners Lisa has an operational role encompassing HR, IT and the resource function with the business.
 
She has been instrumental in developing service levels within the business and plays a pivotal role in developing and directing the external interface between clients, assignments and the interim community. Having graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury, Lisa worked in wholesale sales for the Austin Reed Group and within recruitment in the clothing industry prior to joining Alium.
