Operating at the highest levels, Nigel has worked with senior management teams to drive growth, profit improvement and operational delivery across a number of businesses. Nigel’s change and transformation experience stems from his time with a leading, London-based independent management consultancy where he worked in the programme management practice, gaining a thorough understanding of the pace and complexity of change within the private sector.
 
Responsibilities
As well as his strategic role of Managing Director, Nigel also has responsibility for the Private Sector practice. Heading up this division, Nigel and his team are responsible for the immediate provision of senior interims and transformation teams to lead business solutions across a wide span of the private sector from FTSE 250/100 to private equity and AIM listed businesses. His team provide director level and senior management roles across the traditional functional areas such as HR, finance, IT and procurement, as well as business leaders to deliver transformational change and integration expertise.

Most recently, Nigel worked with a FTSE 100 support services business where he fulfilled a number of senior roles including that of Managing Director as well as the Bid Director for a £100m multi activity contract and Business Development Director in the energy and renewables sector.
