When to use an interim manager

We have found that clients use interim managers when they need to reshape or add skills to their team, drive through change, deliver transformation projects or when they need experts in their field to impact transformation from process redesign to culture change.

The business benefits of using an interim manager

Interim managers work for you through their limited company and therefore are independent and are simply focused on delivering for your organisation. They do not add to the fixed payroll, there is no search fee – they are charged on a simple daily rate basis with no termination costs. Their daily rate will depend on the complexity of the assignment, ranging from £600 to £1,500+ per day excluding usual business expenses and VAT. Interim managers are known for ‘leaving a legacy’ seeking to embed the changes they have effected in the organisation.
