Amanda possesses a unique combination of experience having worked as a Board level HR professional and as an interim provider working with some of the most highly respected brands in the market. She has comprehensive experience across a range of organisations including public sector, PLC and family owned businesses. She gained first-hand experience of the benefits of using interim executives during her tenure as HR Director for a group of 5 SMEs, where she brought a number of senior interims into the businesses to deliver change projects focused on business improvement and transformation.
As an Associate Partner at Alium, Amanda works closely with the HR and Finance talent pools and manages relationships with key clients. Her market intel and industry knowledge proves invaluable in the way she can help the businesses and individuals she works with.
Before joining Alium, Amanda was Senior HR Business Partner with a leading provider of information technology products and services to educational organisations and establishments in the UK.
