An interim Marketing Director was provided by Alium to a leading London Foundation NHS Trust to develop their marketing strategy.

Working closely with the Executive team the interim identified market opportunities, potential risks, linking the new strategy to individual business unit profitability and contribution to the Trust. Novel and practical marketing tools were developed for the FT with managers trained in their use to ensure sustainability.
