Management Assessment - CEO

We assessed 4 candidates for a CEO role in an organisation which was known for its highly political environment.

We examined each person’s interpersonal leadership skills to identify ‘risk factors’. These characteristics are usually strengths, but when the person is under pressure they can impede effectiveness and erode the quality of working relationships. We feed back to each person, but fully debriefed the successful person on how best to deploy his strengths and how he could manage his way round his possible weaknesses.
