Identifying high flyers

Identifying high flyers for the European operation of the oil subsidiary of a global petroleum company.

Alium briefed the executive board members and then jointly conducted interviews with 25 senior managers across Europe. We identified the underlying potential, genuine strengths and limitations of the individuals. We also drafted reports and finalised them with the respective board members. For each individual, we conducted development-orientated feedback sessions together with the board member.
