Interim Finance Lead

The situation:
One of Argentina’s leading beverage company, with an important position in the beer market, needed a strong leader for its credit and collection unit (C&C). The Unit KPI’s were below company and market standards and although the company has been steadily growing, the C&C team needed a strong leadership to get back on track. The company did not have the internal resources to devote to this assignment and had not been able to find a “C&C head ” with the skills to turn around the performance of the Unit.

The solution:
Alium provided a senior interim executive with a strong finance and administration background who took the position for 12 months. Using their skills and expertise, they were able to align the Unit, improve the KPI's, change processes and coach and mentor the team to success.
